Nancy George & Associates is a consortium of experienced professionals whose specializations cut across all levels of education and areas of focus within the field. The company focus is educational change management in all its forms.

Committed to using participatory strategies such as Appreciative Inquiry (AI), Visualization in Participatory Programs (VIPP) and Outcome Mapping (OM), NG&A works collaboratively with clients and engages all relevant stakeholders in plans to strengthen and/or improve education systems at any or all levels. We believe in the importance of evidence-based decision-making, supportive policy systems, robust evaluation systems of international standard and realistic action plans.

NG&A works exclusively in developing countries and primarily in the Caribbean. It works with a variety of donors, government institutions and the private sector to strengthen education and training for the workforce, for youth emerging from the formal school system who are about to enter the workforce, and with educational institutions to improve educational offerings.
